OK, I've been forced to try to get some information, any information, from the rumor mill cause China's not talking (think Duke from Bush Beans). May 21st was the first release of child referrals since April I believe for those adopting through the regular pipeline. This week was the first week people have started receiving TA's again for the SN children. We were next in line for our TA but were skipped over. I think the TA is more dependent on the whim of the province that your child is in. Sooooo....things have started to crawl which makes me hopeful we will go this summer. Of course I'm hoping we'll go by the end of June.
